Air
Atomizing Nozzles
Air
atomizing nozzles produce an extremely fine spray – under
15 microns in some cases – by mixing compressed air with
liquid. Among the most versatile of all spray nozzle types, air
atomizing nozzles are used for applications such as die lubrication,
spray coating, moisturizing, humidification, gas conditioning
and dust control.
Numerous
sizes and styles are available with pressure or siphon feeds,
internal or external mix spray set-ups and a variety of materials.
Air Atomizing Guide
1. J Series:
our standard and drip free air atomizing.
2. JAU Series:
our standard automatic and drip free air atomizing.
3. VAA
and VAU Series: independent
control of liquid, atomizing air and fan air pressures is possible
for fine-tuning of flow rate, drop size, spray distribution, and
coverage. Effective for viscous liquid.
4. Kynar
QuickMist®: for reduced maintenance
time and improved product quality.
5. CasterJet:
provides superior cooling results for steel surfaces.
6. FloMax®:
two-fluid nozzles for energy-efficient gas cooling and conditioning
7. AirJet®:
high-quality, cost-efficient dry fog.
