Air atomizing nozzles produce an extremely fine spray – under 15 microns in some cases – by mixing compressed air with liquid. Among the most versatile of all spray nozzle types, air atomizing nozzles are used for applications such as die lubrication, spray coating, moisturizing, humidification, gas conditioning and dust control.

Numerous sizes and styles are available with pressure or siphon feeds, internal or external mix spray set-ups and a variety of materials.

Design Features

Spray Pattern
> Pressure spray set-ups comes with air caps, available in a narrow full cone round spray, hollow cone type, wide angle round spray and 360° circular spray, flat spray and deflated flat spray patterns for internal mix and and flat spray for external mix.
> Siphon/ gravity-fed spray set-ups comes with round spray and flat spray air caps.

2. JAU Series

Design Features
> Automatic Air Atomizing

> Unique Drip Free™ design
> Features an internal air cylinder for controlled "on-off" operation up to 180 cycles per minute.
> Liquid can be flowed by both siphon or gravity-feed, or by pressure feed.
> Available with single air line, auxiliary shut-off, knurled head screw control and a clean-out needle.

> Chemically resistant and withstand temperature up to 93°C
